Larry Segebarth

Larry is a 30-year, senior print gaming executive who has consistently produced positive results. Particularly adept at market disruption through product innovation. Increased revenue, market share, and net profits in existing and stagnant markets.

He introduced unique, first in market products, growing company to dominant market share position in large domestic territories. These products were granted several patents and led to a wholesale change in consumer behavior. Larry has an extensive track record of partnering with distributors and wholesalers to develop solutions to complex opportunities.

Larry has working with the largest charitable gaming manufacturers in the marketplace including Pollard Banknote, Arrow International, Bingo King and International Gamco.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from Bellevue University

Gary L. Loebig

Gary is a senior gaming executive in the in the charitable, bingo, Native American and Class II verticals.

Gary served as Executive Vice President of Multimedia Games in Texas.  MMG was a publicly traded company and a pioneer in the Class II gaming industry developing some of the best market concepts in terms of both revenue and longevity.

Prior to his tenure at MMG, Gary served as Senior Vice President, Market and Product Development and Regulatory Compliance at Bingo King.  Gary was a key member of management during the acquisition of Trade Products, the introduction of electronic bingo handsets and their opening of international manufacturing operations.  Gary stays active in the gaming industry through key consulting arrangements and holds several US patents

Kevin Vela is the managing partner at Vela Wood. He focuses his practice in the areas of venture financing, fund representation, M&A, and gaming law. In recent years, he has represented both startups and investors in hundreds of convertible instrument and equity financing transactions ranging from angel rounds through Series C rounds. 

Kevin has been selected as a Super Lawyer in 2021, a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2014-2018, a Top Latino Lawyer three times, a Best Lawyer in Dallas by D Magazine three times, including most recently in 2021, and is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow, an honor granted to 1/3 of 1% of Texas attorneys.

In 2001, Don Clampitt stepped into the President & CEO role at Clampitt Paper and has broadened the company’s audience with the opening of the Creative Center in 2004. In 2021, Clampitt Paper celebrated 80 years in the paper business and has continued to grow and evolve each year to continue to make customers and employees proud.

Clampitt Paper Company was founded by Max Clampitt in 1941. It all started with Max, his wife Mary-Nell, one delivery vehicle and a passion for entrepreneurship. Max was raised by his mother and began working full time at a young age in order to support the two of them. His passion for business began not much later when he and his wife Mary-Nell began selling paper out of their home. They worked non-stop for many years to create one of the few remaining independent local paper merchants in the southwest region.

Phil Sanderson

Former Director, Texas Lottery Commission, Charitable Bingo Division

During his tenure with the Texas Lottery Commission, Phil served as Co-Chair of the Charitable Gaming Committee of the North American Gaming Regulators Association (NAGRA) from 2004 through 2009 and on the NAGRA Board of Directors from 2009 through 2012, serving as President in 2011.

Phil has more than 30 years of experience in regulation and extensive charitable gaming experience including licensing and eligibility of organizations for conducting bingo in Texas, charitable raffles, electronic bingo, tribal gaming and compliance with state regulations and laws.  He is experienced in drafting and analyzing gaming-related legislation, administrative regulations, research and data analysis.
